1. Jesus viewed this circumstance as a chance to learn.

A. Jesus saw the need. (v.1-5a)

B. Jesus exposed the disciple's doubt.

2. Jesus uses the miracle as a chance to see.

A. They saw how to be involved.

B. They saw how He provided. (v.11)

3. Jesus teaches the lesson to reinforce genuine faith.

A. He reinforced genuine faith in them. (v.12-13)

B. He rejected selfish motives in others. (v.14-15)
