NHS STATES - "Postpartum psychosis is a serious mental health illness that can affect someone soon after having a baby. It affects around 1 in 500 mothers after giving birth."

Tara is a mum from Northern Ireland who has unfortunately experienced post partum psychosis.

This podcast follows her journey that escalated quickly after having her second baby.

I was totally taken back by this conversation because I had never even heard about post partum psychosis, I was in complete shock.
