Tara is a mum from Northern Ireland who has unfortunately experienced post partum psychosis.

This podcast follows her journey that escalated quickly after having her second baby.

I was totally taken back by this conversation because I had never even heard about post partum psychosis, I was in complete shock.

Tara and other survivors are incredibly strong and I fully respect Tara as a woman and for sharing her story.
