My guest today on the Synergy Connection Show is Moyra Gorski, RN, BSN and the founder of Gorski Wellness. She has recently written a book on “journaling”, available here, and today Moyra and I spoke about the benefits of this exercise on our program this morning.

Journaling is a proven method for managing anxiety, reducing stress, and even coping with depression. When you write down your fears and feelings, you can begin to recognize the things that trigger your emotions. In this way, you can learn how to use positive self-talk when negative behaviors and feelings occur.
