Unravelling the Disappearance of Phoebe Bishop We're launching a deep dive into the perplexing case of 17-year-old Pheobe Bishop, who vanished from regional Queensland. Pheobe was last seen on the morning of May 15, being driven in a grey Hyundai ix35 to Airport Drive in Bundaberg. She was travelling from a Gin Gin property with her two housemates, Tanika Bromley and James Wood. Pheobe was scheduled to fly to Western Australia, but terrifyingly, she never made it to her flight. Airport footage reportedly shows no sign of her entering the terminal, despite claims she was dropped off by her housemates. Police quickly established two crime scenes: the Gin Gin property where she lived and the grey Hyundai ix35 she was last seen in. This vehicle, owned by housemate Ms Bromley, was seized and examined. An intensive bushland search was launched at the Good Night Scrub National Park, with specialist police, helicopters, divers, and the SES involved. During this search, some items believed to be linked to the investigation were located and seized for forensic testing. The greater Gin Gin area remains the focus of the ongoing police investigation.
