December 24th, 2025: God Is With Us. Now What?

Christ is born, and that means something real has happened in our world. Christmas is not only about remembering the past. It is about entering the present reality that God is with us. When the Church proclaims “God is with us, submit yourselves,” it is declaring that the Kingdom of God is here right now. Christ has taken on flesh, not to visit us briefly, but to transform our lives and bring us into His Kingdom.

To submit ourselves means we can no longer live however we want. Repentance is not shame or fear. It is turning toward Christ and choosing His will over our own. The Nativity reminds us that faith is not just belief, but imitation. We are called to live like Christ, serve like Christ, and love like Christ so that the world may see Him through us.
