Prayer against lust Holy and righteous Father I come before You today in weakness but with a desire to be made strong You see the battle within me the pull of lust the temptation to sin the war between flesh and spirit Lord I confess that I have entertained thoughts and desires that do not reflect Your holiness I ask You to forgive me cleanse me and renew my heart Let the blood of Jesus wash over me removing shame guilt and impurity Your word says in second Timothy 2:22 "Flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness faith love and peace along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." Help me Lord to run from temptation not walk not linger but flee Redirect my heart to pursue what is eternal not what is temporary and hollow Father train my eyes to turn away from impurity Strengthen my thoughts so they are captive to Christ Let the fire  ...
