We wrap up Hebrews this week and talk about having faith and living in peace. We also talk some about Moses and the Passover as well as Noah and Abraham and believing in things not seen.
We continue to explore Hebrews and we make an attempt to speak about the Priest King Melchizedek. Also, The Old Man battles allergies and their brain numbing medication.
We begin a trek through Hebrews this week. We go over the first five chapters and plan to get through the last eight over the next couple of weeks.
This week we go through Philemon and talk about whether or not hate is decreasing in the world and a little on the controversy of divorce and remarriage or having multiple wives. We also talk about being slow to anger, being an example of Christ, and not arguing over foolish things.
We explore 2 Timothy this week and get caught up in foolish arguments while talking about how we should not get caught up in silly arguments. We also chat a little about evolution and the big bang and how they compare to other beliefs in how the world came to be.
