The last contact Laura Vogel, 43, had with anyone was with a friend she texted, explaining that she was camping down the way from the birthing pools and meeting all the locals.
However, when she vanished, and investigators canvassed the area, not a single person, including other campers, remembered seeing her.
But Laura was there; in fact, a few days after her disappearance, they began finding traces of Laura’s belongings by the cliffs and her vehicle close by at a homeless camp.
Laura’s family knows that someone saw her that night and believes that there’s likely more than one person who knows what happened to her.
