I have created this petition to hopefully lobby the government for a change in the law and or a new law. So that when serious incidents like Log 752 and missing person(s) Miss Ellie Gooch are reported as victims of potentially serious crime, as promptly as time will allow. The public service is fairer and more transparent. Plus justice should be swift not hastened; even by bureaucratic red tape, and all criminals are rightly punished.

The local authority of Bath, England has been subjected to a common purpose to corrupt the public services and public decency for several years. Not only by the government's staff but by the people and businesses also.
