The risk of urban disturbances is high, especially at night, with the possibility of flooding, landslides and electrical discharges. The soil is already soaked in several regions, increasing the risk of problems even with short rainfall. Atmospheric instability in Brazil continues, with intense rains expected for the next few days, especially in the South, Southeast and Mato Grosso do Sul. The combination of heat, high humidity and large-scale atmospheric systems increases the risk of urban and rural disruptions, such as flooding and landslides. The Civil Defence warns of the importance of monitoring official statements and taking precautions during storms.
