Shore Sports Insider reporters Bob Badders and Scott Stump are joined by P.J. Gibbs and his daughter, Payton Gibbs.

P.J. is a former player and coach and Manasquan High School and later at Matawan who now resides and coaches in Florida. Payton, who is on the autism spectrum, developed an interest in coaching and now assists her father on the sidelines. ESPN's College Gameday recently profiled Payton and her football journey as the Gibbs Family strives to navigate obstacles and Payton continues to break down barriers.
