Who’s Asking? (Tanya is a ברייתא)

Welcome back to another episode of Tanya is a ברייתא! In this shiur, we take a look at a mashal of the Alter Rebbe’s, concerning the nefesh hasichlis. Through looking at what the nefesh hasichlis is in the conception of Chabad chassidus, we gain a deeper understanding of the mashal, and thereby the nimshal.

(The intention of this series is to attempt to bring out the Alter Rebbe’s intention by doing a deep dive into his (oftentimes niglah’dike) sources. Enjoy the shiur!)
