While it’s true that love is a powerful human emotion, it is also true that love is a powerful expression of the very Life we are; infusing the ways that we speak, listen to one another and connect with ourselves, others, and our Divine Nature. We are called by Love to be Love in action. Affirmation: "I choose to engage as Love. The Love that I am fills my mind, shapes my words, and guides my every action. And so it is." This week in our Beach theme, we turn our attention to the shore; the place where land meets the sea. What awakens in us as we stroll along the water’s edge, play with our kids, watch the sunset or let the sounds and smell of the ocean fill us? What is that feeling of relief that comes when we plop onto a towel after a swim? What happens within us when the tide comes in unexpectedly and shifts the sand beneath our feet? "There is a sea of consciousness that is universal, even though we each perceive it from our own shores…” ~ Dr. Alberto Villoldo Affirmation: Today I recognize the bedrock of Spirit beneath the shifting sands of time.
