I've been watching a video of Nick Bare on Instagram every morning and evening for the last weeks. And now there came a Hyrox Podcast online with him and after listening I felt highly inspired.
I didn't even put the last podcast online and the Universe is already responding to it!
The last few days I've received some great messages from people, because they felt inspired by what I'm doing and sharing. That's a great feeling. Also realized once again, how powerful it is to always focus on the things that are going well.
I appreciated some certain things and noticed that you Universe gave me more of that. Also more reviews and enthusiasm about Hyrox!!
Share how I got into the flow and how great Hyrox is to me. Really found my passion.
I had to be a bit flexible the last few days and that's not what I wanted in preperation for the Hyrox race at the end of the week. But in the end it all went very well and almost perfectly. Keep trust that everything's always happening for a reason.
Yesterday, I have had a very inspiring and joyful day full of positive energy and that's what I wanted to share in this episode. Also share about what happened the last week and how strong the human body is.
