"Thoughts become things" - Conversation with Wes

This week I sit down with Wes, another friend from college, to talk about health, fitness and weight loss and how habits affect all aspects of our lives. A former college athlete turned husband, father & realtor, Wes had an a-ha moment where he saw the path in front of him and it didn't look as long as he wanted it to. So he literally took his life into his own hands and made significant change. Down 70'ish pounds, he has no plan to look back and we talk about how impactful the change has been and how good feeling good feels. Enjoy!

We only get this one trip - Conversation with Stephen

This week I sit down with my friend Stephen and talk about how his choice to go on a health kick ultimately saved his life when he suffered a massive heart attack while competing in a triathlon. We talk about what happened, how he recovered, what's changed for him since and how our choices that we make along the way have impact.

Come see how good I look! - Conversation with Andrea

This week, I sit down with Andrea and talk about her pivot from her dream as a comedy writer to becoming a mom, having a "who am I now?" moment, and now she is now pursuing her next dream of a clothing boutique in Tennessee. We discuss her path of self discovery, funny things about being in our 40's and how good dressing for YOUR body can make you feel!

Echo Chambers - Conversation with Kelly

In this episode, I talk with Kelly, a nurse who left medicine in January of this year. We talk about the current state of being forced to have an opinion on everything, how it is a positive to be the dumbest person in the room and how overwhelming living in 2022 can be. Apologies for the slight echo!

Always drink the good wine! - Conversation with Trisha

This week, I sit down with Trisha, on almost the exact 5 year anniversary of a fire in Sonoma County that burned her house flat to the ground. She shares the details of what happened that night, how it changed her life and her perspective and what is truly important.

Be Brave - Conversation with Jen

This week, I sat down with my college friend Jen, a police lieutenant in the Bay Area of CA, and she shared her post-college career path, thoughts on her main priorities and what she has learned along the way.

I Value Myself

In this episode, I talk about self awareness, and my journey over the last 9 months to feel all the feelings, understand who I am and why, and the ah-ha moments I had as I put the puzzle of this new version of me together. When you know better, you must do better!
