por Roper Mountain Baptist Church
Welcome to this inspirational message from John Lutz of Miracle Hill Ministries, as he takes us through Isaiah 6 and challenges us to refocus our eyes on God’s holiness. 📖 Sermon Highlights: 🔹 The Upward Look – Seeing God’s Holiness Isaiah’s vision of the Lord reminds us that God is on the throne and in control, even in times of uncertainty. 🔹 The Inward Look – Recognizing Our Own Sinfulness When Isaiah saw God clearly, he saw himself clearly—and his response? "Woe is me, for I am undone." True worship leads to humility, not pride. 🔹 The Outward Look – A Call to Serve After being cleansed, Isaiah answered God’s call with a willing heart: "Here am I, send me!" A true encounter with God leads to action—to love, serve, and be His hands and feet in the world. 💡 Key Takeaways: ✅ Where are your eyes? Are you focused on God’s holiness, or distracted by the faults of others? ✅ God is in control—no matter what’s happening in the world, He reigns supreme. ✅ Personal transformation begins with confession—before pointing at others, ask "Woe is me?" ✅ Faith should move us to action—God doesn’t just want spectators, but participants in His work. 🙌 Join the Conversation! Welcome to this powerful sermon from Pastor Nate, where we dive deep into Hebrews 11 and explore what it truly means to live by faith in God's promises. 📖 Sermon Highlights: 🔹 Definition of Faith – Hebrews 11:1 explains that faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 🔹 Examples of Faith – The lives of Gideon, Samson, Moses, and Rahab show us that faith isn’t about perfection but perseverance. 🔹 Faith Through Trials – Real faith endures through hardships, persecution, and challenges, trusting God’s greater plan. 🔹 Faith Looks Forward – The saints of old lived as pilgrims, focusing on God’s eternal promises rather than earthly comforts. 💡 Key Takeaways: ✅ Faith is trusting God's word even when we cannot see the outcome. ✅ God uses imperfect people, our failures don’t disqualify us from His plan. ✅ True faith perseveres in trials and looks forward to eternal rewards in Christ. ✅ Don’t go back, Jesus is better!
