Rise & Love, Family.

In this episode from the end of July, I tried to embody the theme of "Reclaiming Your Narrative" in one of the ways that I know best. Even though I had written blog posts, utilized tools to aid in my self-reflection, and encouraged others to apply the theme throughout the month, I felt like I was faking the funk. I have been subjected to mischaracterizations and false narratives from others in the last year. I have felt restricted from sharing wonderful things as well as extremely challenging things in my life. I don't have a desire to have all my business out in the streets, but I allow others to keep dictating my story.
