When God Hides His Face

For me, there's nothing more troubling than when God hides His face. Listen as Brother Ed as he attempts to explain God's divine purpose in this process.

Introduction to Updated Site

I did this podcast back in February. Our focus is still on this things with a nexus to revival, so keep in my mind as you listen.

Dealing With My Own Lukewarmness

It's one thing to talk about lukewarmness in general but when it hits home and we find we're guilty of this malady what do we do about it?

What Causes Lukewarmness??

Brother Ed takes us to Jesus message to the Laodicean church from Revelation 3. The lukewarm church is a choice, it can be different. Do you have ears to hear?

A Special Discipline From the Lord's Hands

This is a word to only a few of Jesus' disciplines who may have experienced what I lovingly call "hyper-discipline."

ALL Flame!!

This is a call to become "ALL Flame" based on a wonderful story from one of the early church fathers. On our website, I've also linked to a wonderful song by Carolyn Arends by the same name.

Job's Friends

Brother Ed draws some conclusions about the first three friends of Job mentioned in the book of Job. What can of friend are you to on who is under severe trials?

God's Discipline Uncovers Our Sin

Ulimately, God's discipline will uncover our sin and that is for our good (see Romans 8:28) as I discuss in this short podcast.

Stand on a Key (Biblical) Promise

In today's podcast, Brother Ed lays the necessity of standing on God's word as a foundation for His promises to us. Let's trust Jesus to finish the work He has started in our hearts and do whatever He asks so that He can fulfill His promises to us!

Rebukes and Chastenings...

Key Scripture During This Video: Hebrews 12:5 (And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:), rebukes of Abraham (Genesis 12:10-20, Genesis 20:1-18) I noticed that I focused mostly on rebukes in the video but we must approach chastisements in the same way by taking these things to the Lord and tests the spirits. The topic of chastisements is incredibly broad and the Lord can bring correction in any area of our life, in any way He chooses. It's important to remember that He is the potter and we are the clay. I spent a protacted period (about two years) where the Lord would simply whisper the word potter to me, when I was trying to manage my life. He is a mighty God who doesn't show off but He's looking to bring correction so that we may be partakers of His holiness (See Hebrews 12:10-11). May Jesus open your eyes and draw your heart closer to Him. I stumbled across the wonderful video below from Carolyn Arends on Psalm 5. The Lord will give ear to our words as we cry out to Him. I also wanted to add him that my career as an impersonator was ended by the Lord, after His rebuke.
