Words matter...especially last words.

Maybe you can remember the final words of a great leader, the last goodbyes from a loved one, or the closing lines to a scene that seem to define the whole story. A person’s last words reveal what truly matters most.

On the cross at Galgotha, with His final breath, Jesus didn’t whisper words of regret, or defeat, or surrender. He didn’t say, “I tried.” He didn’t say, “Maybe next time.” Instead, He declared, “It is finished.”

To the world, looked in on this moment of final words like it was the end. But what seemed like such a tragic conclusion was actually the greatest exchange of all time.
