This episode gives thanks and a bit of reason as to why I give grace on every episode as well as the reason for my gratitude box I use I kind of show you a bit through my lens how I have viewed the podcast and ultimately I apologize that the show has been a bit repititive when you think of this show more as a journal or diary and me finally recognizing my truama response I try open up a bit more as i hope to push the show in a new direction here soon. thank you for tuning in with love.
