Each generation comes with its own set of societal rules and trends and all come with their own struggles. You know what you know at the time you are experiencing it and change can come on an individual level if you choose to think and act differently for yourself. When generations start to mix and people get older, situations can look convoluted and difficult to adjust to when it is all you have ever known but you can be the change you wish to see in the world. You are your own person.
Thoughts to ask yourself: What kind of human am I? Do I anticipate needs? Do I want to help someone out when it is not my job or department? Do I watch the world burn and ask someone to pass me the popcorn? Do I step up because it is the right thing to do because perhaps there is a larger picture? Do I know what the right thing to do is?
