Welcome back to Part 2! Here are some notes I have taken from some of my favorite philosophers on indirect communication and ironist theory. Their words transcend time and hold relevant truth even today. Meditate on these if it resonates with you during the episode. Relatable?

Søren Kierkegaard, philosopher, speaks on subjective truth: If a person does not become what he understands, he does not understand it either. Socrates, If you knew what he was actually thinking…all he was doing was teasing out of the inconsistency of what others were saying. The truths that are most important to us cannot be transferred from one mind to another. You may be able to provoke someone by telling you those truths, you may be able to seduce or deceive someone, but you will never know if the truth was what he meant or a stunt he was pulling.
