Janelle Flaherty- Russ Lyon Sotheby's, Scottsdale, AZ.

Finishing up the GNE event, Janelle stopped in on her way to the airport to sit down and talk all things real estate and life. After living in a few places, Janelle and her family are settled in Scottsdale. What I find so interesting is Janelle has a passion for horse properties and has absolutely made that niche her own.

Moriah Taliaferro- Premier Sotheby's, Sarasota, FL.

Taking a break from GNE I headed to a luxury listing about 20 minutes away from the strip where I sat down with the fantastic Moriah Taliaferro. I have gotten to know Moriah well this year, and I felt privileged to be invited to join her monthly mastermind with fantastic Sotheby's brokers around the country. Here we discuss our GNE experience, life in Florida in a rapidly exploding market, balancing being a mum for the first time, and what it's like being in a family business.

The Ranallo/Cloud Group- Sage Sotheby's, Oklahoma City, OK.

While at the Sotheby's Global Networking Event in Las Vegas, I sat down poolside at the Wynn with Stacia and Maddie, the Ranallo Cloud Group. We had actually only met that weekend, but I find their dynamic and their story absolutely fascinating along with their approach to business. From being college friends, to reconnecting and going on this real estate journey together, to balancing new, young, and expecting family life.

Julie Boyadjian- Pacific Sotheby's, San Diego, CA.

While at our global networking event in Las Vegas, I sat down with an incredible San Diego broker, Julie Boyadjian. Julie has grown her business to new levels in the last few years, and here we talk about how she is doing it, our GNE experience, and life outside of Real Estate.

Julie Halter- Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, Portland, OR.

I sat down with a fantastic broker in Portland, Julie Halter. I always enjoy talking with Julie about the way she broke in to the business, and developed relationships using the Sothebys network around the country. Here we talk about this, and life outside of the business.

Matt Brown Part 2- Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR.

Listen in to the second part of my conversation with Matt Brown as we dive further into what it's like running a business in your community, and what Is necessary in this ever changing real estate landscape.

Matt Brown Part 1- Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR.

Part 1- I sit down with Matt Brown, not only a local realtor but also a local business owner. Matt was born and raised in Kelso WA, and covers areas from the WA coast to the Gorge. His investment into local coffee shops in specific communities in Portland, to hire from those communities and to lift the area up, is something he is immensely proud of.

Heather DeFord- Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, Vancouver, WA.

I sit down with Heather DeFord, a leader in the Real Estate industry in SW Washington. Heathers career has encompassed starting from scratch, the 2008 crisis, changes of brokerage, the recent market changes, and is one of the industry's leading figures.

The Pettet Group- Cascade Hasson Sotheby's, Vancouver, WA.

I sit down with Brandy and Husten Pettet. A Husband and wife team in Vancouver WA, we talk about their business, how they balance the line between home life and work life as it's all intertwined, and how they grew into the people they are today. Want to hear more RealTalk? Make sure you subscribe!
