Erige Sehiri is a French-Tunisian director whose work blends documentary realism and narrative cinema. She directed Railway Men (2018) and Under the Fig Trees (2022), which premiered at Cannes Directors' Fortnight. Her second feature, Promised Sky, premiered at this year's Cannes Un Certain Regard.
