RAW Real Authentic Woman
Nate the skate
Reclaiming your voice
por Alana Sundermann
I want you all to meet Nate the skate, a man who grew up in Cabrini-Green, Chicago. We walk through his life experience, and he reminds us all of the importance of balance, healing, and finding ourselves in a world that constantly tries to bring us down. He talks to us about how skating saved his life and how much he has gained as a result, and that no matter your life experience, you have to be willing to pull up your roots and deal with the pain inside you to see the other side that life can bring.
Welcome to the very first episode of RAW Real Authentic Woman. Today, we are exploring how to rediscover our voice, to take power in it, and be proud of who we are. I uncover how society has played a huge role in how we as individuals may hold back from the world because we are afraid of how we may be perceived, and how to break those beliefs and start anew.
Welcome to RAW Real Authentic Woman, a podcast by Lana. Glad you're here. First Episode drops August 1st, 2025, and will be released weekly!
