Primary Scripture: Luke 15:1-10

In episode 8 of the Rod Talks podcast, Pastor Rodney explores the Parables of the Lost Sheep and the Lost Coin from Luke 15. He begins by explaining the historical context of the Pharisees and Sadducees, noting their self-righteous resistance to Jesus’ ministry. Rodney emphasizes that "lostness" is a dire spiritual state of separation from God caused by sin. However, he highlights Jesus’ compassionate mission to seek and save the lost. Believers are called to mirror God's joy when the lost are found through repentance.
