Trigger Warning: Suicidal ideation and other discussions involving suicide

This is a podcast for my peeps out there struggling with their mental health, and anyone else who wants to learn about the reality of living this crazy, busy life while battling mental illness. I want this to be a support system and a community for all of us out there battling our brains for our lives. For the first episode I'm introducing the reasons behind starting the podcast and giving a brief history of my mental health battles.
