5 Badass Women: The 5 HD Energy Types
This episode was so much fun to record! 5 badass women getting together to chat all about our human design and our 5 different energy types. We all agree that finding out more about how we're meant to operate in the world has helped our mental health. If you don't know what human design is, I highly recommend finding out yours! I use the MyHumanDesign app. You can also find it on the Jovian Archive website or mybodygraph.com. It truly has been a key for a lot of people in learning to live their best life and for me in learning to love myself for who I am and appreciate the unique way that I operate. It's a long episode! Almost 2 hours. So buckle up! And/or spread it out over a few days. I find this topic fascinating and I hope that you do too!References:Goop.com articleThe Design of You podcastAlexandra F Cole InstagramLeah McCloud InstagramErin Claire Jones InstagramLiving your Design course

Losing Our Religion
In episode 5 I have my sister brain, Natalie, join me! We talk about being highly sensitive people (HSP), our experience with leaving our religion/having religious trauma and being platonic soulmates! Important side note that I want to make sure is clear: We recognize that you do NOT have to be a highly sensitive person for religion to fuck you up or to relate to what we're talking about with our religious trauma. This is just our experience with it AS highly sensitive people.
