In this episode I discuss the NSF project "RISE: Generalized dynamic frameworks for exploring ancient marine communities through time" with Dr. Greg Breed. We discuss the implications of ecological change, modeling and the fossil record all in the interest of getting an idea of what happened in ancient times.
