Eternal King đź‘‘
Lord Jesus, you are exalted to the highest place. Your name is above every other name – every ruler and principality and power, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
So today we pray in the name of Jesus—that every knee would bow and every tongue confess that you are Lord. Not because we have the strength to make it happen, but because you do. Not because our plans are sufficient, but because your power is limitless.

Pause and pray
I pray that your Church around the world would be a conduit of your mercy and love, sharing your good news of forgiveness and the gift of eternal life. Empower your Church as a missionary movement today.

Pause
God has been immensely patient with me, but am I immensely patient with him? Do I trust his timing? Have I given up on praying certain prayers because I haven’t held on long enough? What prayers may Jesus be inviting me to pick up again?
Eternal King, thank you that you have never given up on me. May you fill me with patience and perseverance as I long to see you reveal yourself in the lives of others.
Amen.
