PURPOSE: According to His Grace

This week on The Power of Twelve Podcast, we’re focusing on the word Purpose. Through 2 Timothy 1:9, we explore what it means to be called not by our performance, but by God’s intention and grace established before time began. Before striving, before proving, before figuring it all out—purpose was already written. On The Power of Twelve Podcast, we explore God-given purpose, grace, and calling through honest conversation, Scripture, and reflection. This is a space to pause, realign, and remember that your life is unfolding exactly as intended. Each episode creates space to reflect on Scripture, uncover deeper meaning, and apply God’s truth to everyday life. The Power of Twelve is a journey through foundational words and biblical insight—inviting growth, alignment, and spiritual grounding one week at a time. POSSIBLE: Belief Changes Everything

Possible is a word we believe in—until life asks us to trust it. In Mark 9:23, Jesus reminds us that possibility is not about perfect faith, but placed faith. When circumstances feel heavy and hope feels tired, this verse invites us to bring what belief we have and trust God with the rest. This episode of Power of Twelve is a pause for the weary and the waiting—a reminder that God is not limited by our uncertainty, our timelines, or our fear. Possible doesn’t mean easy or instant, but it does mean nothing is beyond God’s reach. If you’re holding onto hope with tired hands, this word is for you. SPECIAL GUEST ALERT - ABUNDANCE: Crowned with Goodness

Abundance isn’t always loud or overflowing in the way we expect. Rooted in Psalm 65:11, this episode reflects on what it means to walk God’s path and trust His provision along the way. Rather than chasing more, we’re invited to recognize abundance as God’s steady goodness—meeting us in every season, sustaining us through waiting, and providing exactly what we need, one step at a time. A reminder that when we walk with Him, we are never lacking, and no season is ever wasted. Psalm 65:11 "You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance." Fight for the ETERNAL

In a world that constantly pulls us toward what is immediate, visible, and temporary, Scripture calls us to something greater—the eternal. In this episode, we center on 1 Timothy 6:12, where Paul urges us to fight the good fight of faith and take hold of the eternal life to which we were called. But this verse doesn’t stand alone. It’s the heartbeat of the entire chapter. Together, we explore how 1 Timothy 6 contrasts temporary gain with lasting purpose, warns us about misplaced pursuits, and invites us to live with an eternal lens—one that shapes how we handle money, contentment, faith, and generosity. This message is a reminder that faith is not passive. It is a daily, intentional fight to choose what lasts over what fades, to live anchored in eternity while walking faithfully in the present. If you’ve ever felt the tension between the world’s demands and God’s calling, this episode will help you refocus, realign, and take hold of the life that is truly life. CALM: Peace be still!

If life has felt a little loud lately — schedules stressed, emotions high, and peace in short supply — you’re not alone. This week we’re talking about the kind of calm that doesn’t wait for circumstances to cooperate. The kind of calm that Jesus spoke over wind and waves with just three words: “Peace, be still.” Because the storm doesn’t get the final word — He does. Come breathe, laugh, and be reminded that Heaven’s calm is still available… even on a Tuesday. Mark 4:39 "Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. VINE: Staying attached to the source

There’s a reason Jesus calls Himself the Vine — He is our source, our strength, and the one who produces real fruit in our lives. This week’s episode dives into what it means to stay connected to Him in our everyday routines, relationships, and rhythms. It’s simple, practical, and surprisingly freeing. Tune in and be encouraged. John 15:5 "I am the VINE, you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." Mighty: Strength You Can Trust

Psalms 24:8 "Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle." When we hear the word mighty, we usually think of strength, power, and winning battles. But God’s might isn’t like ours. Jesus shows His might not just in force, but in authority. He speaks—and storms stop. He commands—and demons leave. He touches—and sickness flees. What’s incredible is that Jesus’ might doesn’t always look loud. Anyone can display power when they’re winning. Only Jesus shows true might by laying down His life… and then taking it back up again three days later. That’s not weakness. That’s undefeated strength. Majesty: Beholding the Greatness of God

Welcome back to the podcast. Today, we’re slowing down to sit with a powerful word—majesty. In 1 Chronicles 29:11, King David prays these words: “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and on earth is Yours.” This is not a rushed prayer. It’s not a desperate cry. It’s a moment of holy recognition. David stands before God fully aware of who God is—and who he is not. He acknowledges that all greatness, all power, all glory, and all majesty belong to the Lord alone. Nothing is borrowed. Nothing is temporary. Nothing is shared. Today, we’ll explore what it truly means to live in light of God’s majesty—and how recognizing His greatness reshapes our worship, our surrender, and our daily lives. BEHOLD: Slowing Down to See Jesus

This Christmas season, don’t rush past the miracle. Pause. Look. Behold the Lamb of God. This week's podcast is centered on the word BEHOLD and the beauty of John 1:36. Let this be your invitation to slow your heart and fix your eyes on Jesus. John 1:36 "And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said "BEHOLD the Lamb of God." The Wonder of His Workmanship - Psalm 139:14

Today’s word is WORKS—not the kind we strive to earn approval, but the beautiful work of God already at work within us. Psalm 139:14 reminds us, “I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” Before we talk about what we do, we pause to remember whose work we are. God’s works are not rushed, accidental, or unfinished—and that includes you. Today, we’ll reflect on how recognizing God’s workmanship in our lives reshapes how we live, love, and serve from a place of gratitude rather than striving.
