The Wizard of Odd Review

TFG1Mike and PecanCtMichael discuss "The Wizard of Odd," Phineas and Ferb's two-part Wizard of Oz parody. They break down the episode's clever references—from Buford as a combination lion, tiger, and bear to the guards' Monty Python-style musical number—and examine how well the show's Oz homage works. The hosts debate whether the episode marks the show jumping the shark with its heavy reliance on existing material, compare it to stronger two-parters like "Summer Belongs to You," and discuss how the moral about learning to have fun lands differently depending on your familiarity with the original film.
