Join Joe McDonald as he reads and expands on the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, offering deeper understanding and practical advice for those on their recovery journey. In this session, Wayne Giles leads the opening prayer, inviting spiritual guidance into the session, setting the tone for exploring Step 12 AA.
“We open every session of Position of Neutrality with a prayer, and Wayne has agreed to do that for us tonight. Heavenly Father, we just invite you in tonight. Speak to the hearts and the minds of these, your people, Lord. Empower us to go out into the world and carry your message and be lights for you and your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
This session emphasizes the importance of spiritual readiness and the power of prayer in the recovery process. As we dive into Step 12, we are reminded that our actions and words are extensions of a greater purpose, driven by the spiritual connection we nurture through prayer and meditation.
