In this episode, we look at the practical process of issuing a UAE Power of Attorney when the principal is outside the UAE.

This is one of the most common situations we handle at POAS. It applies to overseas property owners, foreign investors, former UAE residents, and family members managing UAE assets remotely.

The key objective is the same: creating a UAE-valid POA without travelling to the UAE.

There are two main routes: remote notarisation and consular attestation.
