Warning: Suicide and suicide ideation are discussed. Please listen with care for yourself.

The Savior/Supporter Audit:

In your own life, are you the person who is amazing at supporting others through their pain but feels completely lost when it comes to your own?

Do you use your ability to hold space for others as a way to avoid sitting with your own grief?

Who is holding space for you?

Allow Yourself to Be Supported

Mantra for the Week:

My grief is a testament to my love, and my vulnerability is my greatest strength. I honor the losses that have shaped me by allowing myself to be held. I will not carry my pain in isolation. I transmute tragedy into magic, and in doing so, we are all healed. I am selfishly magical. I am stone-cold magical.
