Humble and wise are the first words that come to mind when introducing Alex Waites. We got the pleasure to have Alex as a guest on Pep Talk and was enlighten on his view on life and happiness. Alex tells us a story of how breaking his ankle as a young man led him on a path to being a well known physical therapist in southern California.
