Body image is something so many of us quietly struggle with—but rarely talk about honestly.

In this episode, I’m opening up about my own journey with body image, the thoughts I’ve wrestled with, and how hard it can be to see yourself clearly in a world that constantly tells you you’re not enough. We’re talking about comparison, control, insecurity, and the pressure to look a certain way—even as Christians.

But more importantly, we’re bringing it back to truth. What does God actually say about your body? About your worth? And how do we start aligning our thoughts with that, even when it doesn’t feel natural?

This isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about being real, inviting God into the struggle, and learning to see ourselves through His eyes, one step at a time.

If you’ve ever felt uncomfortable in your own skin or questioned your worth because of how you look, this episode is for you.

You’re not alone in this—and you don’t have to stay stuck here.
