When someone says “genocide,” what is the first thing that comes to mind? If it’s Israel, it proves a point. When something is said enough times, people accept it as true. Fact is, the ICJ has not yet ruled on the genocide case against Israel in Gaza, but the world has already accepted it as fact. Despite the preponderance of evidence, the International Court of Justice is literally rewriting the legal standards in a way that will unjustly shove Israel into the genocide box. And the repercussions will be dire.
