We take a step back, and look at the EMT side of things. Remember what basic concept of triage is from the door, keeping in mind that "over triage" is okay. And consider what the long term impacts of the stressful environment for these time sensitive decision making can have on the mental health of our BLS members, and how that may even make it harder to be successful to make accurate determinations.
