Tim Baxter is an artist, entrepreneur, musician, and culture curator based in Akron, Ohio. He owns Baxter's Speakeasy and serves as the Director of Art and Hospitality for the Historic Arts District, and he has spent two decades building spaces, experiences, and community for people who don't always see themselves represented.

In this episode we go deep. We talk about what it means to be a creative who also has to run a business, what Akron needs right now that it doesn't have yet, and what it costs to build something honest in a city that's still figuring itself out.

No performance. No polish. Just Timothy Baxter telling the truth.

Pull up a seat. Cold brew recommended.
