Don’t rush the middle parts! | 04/28/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the first Pillar of Coherence, Self which manifests as Wellbeing. We pulled the Judgement card in reverse, which reminded us to hold onto the significance of the middle part of our journeys, and to trust our own abilities for returning to equilibrium. Our mantra today is, “I release my expectations of my journey.” If you want to implement this into your day, try the guided visualization meditation illustrated in the episode, walking into the cave, traversing the darkness, coming out on the other side, and noticing what you see after leaving the cave. Comment down below what it is that you see on the other side of the cave! I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! When do you find your purpose? | 04/26/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the sixth Pillar of Coherence, Purpose which manifests as Creativity. We pulled the Knight of Swords in reverse, which reminded us to sit in the uncomfortable reality of sitting in the uncertainty of meaning. Holding onto an evolving Purpose is difficult, but necessary, and beauty arises through the process. Our mantra today is, “I am expansive and so is my Purpose.” If you want to implement this into your day, try doing something un”purpose”ful, but that has called you. As you do, just be present with the experience, and enjoy! It's time to stand your ground. | 04/25/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the fifth Pillar of Coherence, Space which manifests as Justice. We pulled the 4 of Swords in reverse and the 9 of Cups in reverse, which reminded us to bring energy to the embodied justice work we are doing. What does a healthy pride look like and how can that combat a damaging pride? Our mantra today is, “In owning my space, I encourage others to do the same.” If you want to implement this into your day, try bringing space to power - the embodied version of speaking truth to power. An effective philosophy is ever-evolving. | 04/24/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the fourth Pillar of Coherence, Philosophy which manifests as Values. We pulled the King of Pentacles and The Hierophant, which reminded us of evaluating life’s order of operations. Philosophy, values, and other inventions of the human mind exist to serve us. If those structures are not longer productive, it is not just okay, but beneficial, to evolve or shed those paradigms. Philosophy is a pursuit, not a thing to be finished or a box to be checked. Our mantra today is, “I craft my philosophy to serve my growth.” If you want to implement this into your day, identify a belief that no longer serves you. If you don’t know where to begin, this reflective process can start from identifying a feeling that you want to process or get to the root of, and then explore the underlying beliefs that fuel those negative emotions. Unfortunately I cannot find the exact moment of Alex O’Connor discussing the Sabbath passage I mentioned, but you can find his work, and a few other resources to explore this concept, below. Our duty as the "villager" we've all been hearing about... | 04/23/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the third Pillar of Coherence, Other which manifests as Community. We pulled the 9 of Pentacles in reverse, which reminded us that while we are in community we are not perfectly free. We have a responsibility in co-creating, and co-re-creating, our society. Our mantra today is, “I own my responsibility to my community.” If you want to implement this into your day, consider what responsibility you have to your community. There is a lot of discourse around, “Everyone wants a village but no one wants to be a villager.” What does being a villager mean? What does that look like to you? You are both shadow and shine: Own your non-dual nature. | 04/22/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the second Pillar of Coherence, Source which manifests as Spirituality. We pulled The Sun tarot card, which reminded us to step into our masculine energy while still maintaining balance. Our mantra today is, “I am in divine balance.” If you want to implement this into your day, try a reflective practice around the value judgement you’ve placed on certain concepts. How can you reframe these concepts as a way to enhance your growth and wholeness. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! You are a vital piece of the universe’s puzzle. Embrace it. | 04/21/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the first Pillar of Coherence, Self which manifests as Wellbeing. We pulled the 10 of Pentacles, which reminded us that our success and accomplishments all positively impacts our family, friends, and community. When we step towards our Truth, we help others do the same. Our mantra today is, ‘I am exactly where I need to be.” If you want to implement this into your day, try having a mini celebration about a culmination of your energy with someone in your community. You already know that you are meant for more. What lesson do you need to learn to move forward? | 04/19/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the sixth Pillar of Coherence, Purpose which manifests as Creativity. We pulled The Devil tarot card, which calls forward the idea of soul lessons and life contracts. How does your Purpose or creative pursuits help teach you the lessons your soul needs to learn? Our mantra today is, “My Purpose is a sacred contract between me and myself.” If you want to implement this into your day, try journaling with this ritual as your prompt. What paradigm are you working on processing as you move forward in your creative journey? Leave it open ended - you don’t need to find an answer, but just allow yourself to have the space to process, integrate, and alchemize these experiences. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! We revisit the past, not to recreate it, but to do better in the future. | 04/18/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the fifth Pillar of Coherence, Space which manifests as Justice. We pulled the Justice tarot card and the 2 of Pentacles which reminded us to bring about balance by rooting into our unique gifts. Our mantra today is, “My roots are the solid foundation from which I grow.” If you want to implement this into your day, try doing a bit of research into some part of your history (personal or collective), and glean the lessons to be learned here. We don’t revisit history to bring it into the future, but to learn from it so that we can move forward in an educated and inclusive way. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! Love will ALWAYS win. | 04/17/25

Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual! Today, our theme was the fourth Pillar of Coherence, Philosophy which manifests as Values. We pulled the Knight of Cups, which reminded us that all philosophy should be rooted in love. Our mantra today is, “I lead with love.” If you want to implement this into your day, consider where in the hierarchy of your philosophy love shows up, and where you would like for it to show up! If there is a discrepancy there, consider what changes to make to move towards alignment. I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!
