Paul B. Thornton has maintained a lifelong passion for leadership. He studied management, psychology, and political science at Ohio University. He continued his education, earning master’s degrees in business (MBA) and education (MEd). Throughout his corporate career, he served on various senior leadership teams, gaining firsthand experience in strategic planning, organizational change, succession planning, employee development, and performance management.
