Paul was ill when he preached the gospel to the Galatians, but they received him as if he were an angel of God, as if he were Christ himself. Believers can be ill. Jesus himself was known as a Man of sorrows, acquainted with grief (Isaiah 53:3), but that is exactly how He bore our sins and carried our sorrows.
