Her work includes casting, artist engagement, and helping shape the experience of bringing a season to life, from first auditions through opening night and beyond. She also produces and co-hosts As You Mic It, the Festival’s official podcast, now in its second season, where she helps create conversations with artists, educators, and theatre makers about the work that happens onstage and behind the scenes. With a background spanning performing arts leadership, facilitation, and higher education, Connie is especially interested in how creative spaces are built: how artists find one another, how ensembles take shape, and how theatre creates connection across communities. She holds a BA in Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago and an MA in Mathematics from DePaul University. Outside the theatre, she enjoys games of all kinds, travel, and finding the stories that bring people together.
