Natural Eayze
Temporada 1
Reaching Beyond The Couch: Introductions
por Shakiema Raphael, Tesharia Folkes, Trina Green
In our first episode, listeners learn who we are, what we do, and why we began this podcast. Listen in to hear funny stories of how we got into the work of counseling, how a graduate school denial letter turned into owning and running a counseling private practice, what happened after a divorce in 2017, how being West Indian means "you don't have mental health issues", and who "Auntie Claudia" is.
Relationships are in everything we do and, in this episode, the Natural Eayze team discusses everything "healthy" when it comes to the relationship we have with ourselves and others. Listen in to learn what Kiema calls "a passenger pigeon" as we discuss common issues in relationships such as "ghosting", unmet needs, poor communication and boundaries.
Thank you for listening to our podcast. Natural Eayze Podcast.
