Finding Your Voice

On this episode of My Time, My Life, I talk about finding your voice and give the below examples on how to do so.Take a walk without your phone or take a scenic drive in silence. Meditate. Keep a journal. Think about how you spend your time outside of work. What do you like to do when you have free time, and how do you feel when doing those things? Think about the people you follow on social media and ask yourself what is it about them that you like or aspire to. Take an afternoon and write the story of your life. Answer someone you trust honestly when they ask how you are doing. Be in touch at trinettefaint.com or on IG at trinette.faintThanks for listening!
