Sep '26 behind stories and upcoming plans with Kelly

Welcome back to the 9th episode of Monthly Mixtapes! It's been a while since I've sat here with someone else! Today, I’ve invited a very special guest: Kelly. Who is Kelly? Well, she's a dear friend of mine, and you can find out all about who she is and what she does in this episode. ;) Happy September, everyone!

Aug 26' a review of my first paid gig (as a solo artist)

Sorry for the delay, I've been lazy this month. lol

Jul 26' life update: it's getting there!

In this episode, JEOMY is catching up on the summer plans she made last episode and talks about her recent life, including some exciting news! What is it like to be extremely busy as an indie artist? How does she manage her work-life balance between her day job and her music work? You can have a sneak peek at these subjects through this episode.

Jun '26 The Blueprint for upgrading my tastes

In this episode, JEOMY talks about her struggle with her comfort zone in music listening and the solution she found to get out of this dilemma. If you are looking for a way to make your summer more exciting and more present, she might have an idea for you.

May '26 Still in Season 1 if my music journey were a sitcom

In this episode, JEOMY reviews her New Year’s resolutions and sets new goals for the rest of the year. Just like any other indie artist, she has to work on her EPK, cold emailing music studios, and contacting live music venues to find her own place in the music industry. What has she done so far this year? And what else should she be working on for the future? You'll find out everything she's done and everything she’ll be doing in this episode, as well as the perspective from which she views her own music journey.

Apr '26 I confess: the story behind 'Atonement'

JEOMY talks about the stories behind her newly released single, 'Atonement,' in this episode. What was she thinking when she was making this song? Every question you might have is answered here. :)

Mar '26 Rest Is Productive

Is rest actually a form of productivity? As independent artists, we traded the 9-to-5 for "freedom," only to realize we’re now working 24/7, 365 days a year to build our brands. It’s the perfect recipe for burnout. After a bout with the flu forced me into an unintentional week-long break, I had to face a hard truth: rest isn't a distraction but a requirement. In this episode, I’m diving deep into how I redefined rest as a productive tool rather than a setback.

Feb '26 Dancing with the Cringe

We’ve all been there: staring at a blank screen or a finished project, convinced it’s just not "good enough." This week, JEOMY gets vulnerable about her lifelong battle with perfectionism. From the "cringe" she felt reviewing her very first podcast episode to the strategies she uses to keep moving forward, this is a deep dive into silencing your inner critic.

Jan '26 it's still cold outside!

Welcome to the very first episode of Monthly Mixtapes! To kick things off, I’m sitting down with my dear friend Arthur Blanshard—aka IAMRTB—to chat all about our new track, "Stay With Me." We’re diving into everything for this one: where the lyrics actually came from, his honest first impressions of the demo, and our favourite parts of the finished song. We also share some behind-the-scenes stories from our sessions over at Studio Hi-Viz, plus a little life update on what we’ve both been up to lately. It’s STILL bloody cold outside, innit? So, don’t forget to wrap yourself up and make sure to stream "Stay With Me" while you stay warm! <3
