You are going to die. Not as a concept, not eventually. There is a final day already in your calendar, and you do not know the date. This episode is about what happens to a man's life when he genuinely lets that in.

In this episode of Being a Man, we look at the gap where regret is manufactured: your soul knows this is a limited engagement, and your personality behaves as though the clock does not exist. There is always another year to fix the relationship, another season to get healthy, another quarter before you start living the way you intend to.

Men near the end of things never talk about money. What comes up is always the same: I wish I had told him. I wish I had been there. I wish I had stopped performing sooner. I wish I had let people know me. Every one of those is available to you today, which is what makes it both painful and hopeful.

And this is not morbid. Death is not the enemy of your life, it is what gives it shape. An experience with no end has no urgency and no weight. Infinite time produces no choices at all. You only prioritise what is scarce.

In this episode:

- The gap between what your soul knows about time and how you actually live

- What men actually say at the end, and what never comes up

- Why an ending is what makes a life mean something

- Why facing mortality makes men calmer rather than more anxious

- One question for the decision you have been avoiding

Spiritual, never religious. No doctrine, nothing to join. For men who keep postponing the life they intend to live.
