The Lord is talking about what it means to be called by God. He discusses that the sermon of Jesus is a command. Jesus commands us to follow him and abandon the world. The call is to separate the Christian believer from the moral decay of the world. The call is to pick up your cross and follow the footsteps of Christ Jesus. The call is to live in holiness and righteousness. The call is to evangelize Jesus and harvest Many souls for the Kingdom of God and finally, the call is to put God first in all that we do and have reverence before Him for He is Holy.
