We got Alex on the podcast for a reason. He just finished Army Basic Training in January after dropping out of college so Kevin and I wanted him on the podcast. We compared and contrasted our experiences within the Army and talked a lot about the growth mindset. There were quite a bit of similarities within our stories, but the most notable is Alex’s ability to see the light. One thing us military folk have in common is the ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel and Alex does it flawlessly.
